Set on Gympie Terrace in the heart of Noosa, The Three Oarsmen was created as a place people can return to at any hour of the day. A morning coffee before the river, a late lunch with a friend, an afternoon catch-up, or a glass of wine as the evening settles in. We wanted to build a venue that feels natural, welcoming and part of local life.

The name The Three Oarsmen speaks to teamwork, adventure and a connection to the water. While the venue isn’t built around a literal rowing story, the feeling behind the name matters to us: people moving together, working together and sharing good moments. That same thinking shapes the way we run the venue every day.

We focus on locally sourced coffee and food, a thoughtful wine list led by Australian and New Zealand producers, and service that is friendly, genuine and consistent. More than anything, The Three Oarsmen is about creating a community hub Somewhere with good energy, good taste and a reason to come back.
